Is the attorney fee included?+
For eligible traffic tickets, attorney time to contest is included with your active membership. Court fines/fees, bonds, and extraordinary costs are not covered.
Can I use TicketPass for tickets I got before joining?+
Coverage applies to tickets issued after activation. If you already have a ticket, you can still hire us a la carte through a standard quote.
Do you guarantee dismissal?+
No service can promise an outcome. Our goal is dismissal or point/penalty reduction whenever possible, depending on the facts and court.
How do I cancel?+
You can cancel any time from your account. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
